I often draw from Somatic Experiencing (SE) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to support both the body and the mind in healing. SE helps release the stress and tension that can linger in the body after difficult experiences, so you can feel calmer and more at ease. CBT focuses on shifting unhelpful thought patterns that fuel worry, self-doubt, or feeling stuck. Together, these approaches create space for more clarity, confidence, and peace in daily life.
